Rebuild Endurance is a carbohydrate-protein post-workout recovery* drink, specially developed for endurance athletes. Formulated with added L-glutamine and L-carnitine, this unique sports drink also contains specially selected carbohydrates to help you recover* after aerobic exercise.

Rebuild Endurance is formulated with high-quality whey protein and delivers 10 grams of protein per serving, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Rebuild Endurance is also formulated with a blend of key micronutrients, including vitamins C and E which help protect the body’s cells from oxidative stress. *Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

How to use:

Gently shake the canister prior to each use as content may settle. Add 4 level scoops (50 g) to 250 ml of water, shake vigorously. Consume within 30 minutes following aerobic activity.
